Downtown River Walk Loop Trail

The Waterloo Downtown River Walk Loop Trail that runs under the 11St Bridge on the south side of the river is closed and the Cedar Valley Lakes Trail on the north side of the river that runs under the 11St Bridge is closed. Both of these trails are closed since the 11St Bridge is being replaced.
